All k.soft products offer a FREE trial period with no purchase required. Users are expected to use the software on their system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness and functionality before making a purchase. This "try before you buy" approach is the ultimate guarantee that the software will perform to your satisfaction. In addition to the 10-day free trial, we offer a refund policy as an additional courtesy to our customers.

REFUND POLICY

Products purchased that are downloadable may be returned for a period of up to 10 days from date of purchase. After this period, a product may no longer be returned and refunded. However, since we always strive for 100% satisfaction, a purchased product may be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase for any of our equally or lesser priced products located on our web site. The product in question may only be exchanged for another downloadable software product sold by k.soft. However, before any new software will be made available, the customer must return to k.soft, a refund statement and completely uninstall the product in question.  To obtain a refund, you must notify k.soft, within 10 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to return the product purchased. To obtain an exchange, you must notify k.soft, within 30 days of your original purchase date, that you desire to exchange the product purchased.

Products purchased and shipped that are not downloadable (CD,  Diskette, or Hard Printed Versions) are non-refundable.  You may obtain a downloadable product exchange within 30-days of purchase for an equally or lesser priced product .

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must provide your correct e-mail address and/or mailing address to k.soft. We will not be liable for any claims of non-receipt of merchandise, and/or incorrect email or mailing address provided by you to k.soft. The customer is responsible for providing a correct/working e-mail address.

Fraudulent Credit Card Charges or Fraudulent Claims - All requests to negate charges are investigated by our technical department and legal department. If you make a fraudulent claim of unauthorized card usage, we will report this to the credit card services. This report may result in cancellation of your card services, put negative information on your credit report, and create possible criminal charges that may be filed against you.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO CANCELLATIONS OF ONLINE ORDERS PAST 10-DAYS FROM PURCHASE DATE THAT HAVE BEEN PROGRAMMED FOR IMMEDIATE DOWNLOAD ACCESS. NOR WILL WE ACCEPT CLAIMS OF MISSING THE IMMEDIATE ONLINE LINKS THAT WERE PROVIDED TO YOU TO DOWNLOAD YOUR ORDER. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS CANCELLATION POLICY.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

You may receive technical support for any ksoft product for the period of one year from the date of purchase. This support may include the issuing of new registration codes to registered users who purchase new computers or re-install their operating system. A user may not receive more than 3 additional registration codes. Additional registration codes may be given out at ksoft's own discretion. ksoft reserves the right to deny issuing of new registration codes to users who it believes are abusing this policy. Users may not not receive additional registration codes beyond the period of one year from the date of purchase. While k.soft will make all effort to resolve support issues, users are not guaranteed technical support beyond the period of one year from the date of purchase. Users who wish to have continued technical support coverage are urged to purchase an additional registration code for their product.

k.soft reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion, or against any customer it believes is abusing this policy. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately after posting of the revised Refund Policy on k.soft's Web sites. You agree to periodically review our Web sites, including the current version of our Refund Policy. Our refund policy is made available on our Web sites. It is your obligation to review our refund policy for any such revisions.
