About the Analytics Plug-in
Click the Analytics
button to access the RSS Analytics screen. RSS
Submit will automatically populate the traffic and
rank details for your RSS feed, using the
associated linked web site URL, contained within
the feed (ie., the parent web site of the RSS
feed).
The Analytics
plug-in pulls a summary report from each traffic
ranking service. For RSS feeds hosted on
FeedBurner, the plug-in will also include a
FeedBurner summary traffic result for monthly and
daily hits (FeedBurner users can enable
the Public Awareness API in their FeedBurner
account to allow applications to read traffic
statistics).

RSS
Auto-Discovery allows web browsers, feed readers,
and search engines to detect that an RSS feed
exists for your web site. It allows users to
easily subscribe to your RSS feed, helping to
increase repeat visitors and traffic.
The RSS Submit
Analytics plug-in will automatically analyze the
linked web site within your RSS feed and report if
an RSS Auto-Discovery link is present in the web
page. If a link is not found, the Analytics
plug-in will suggest HTML code to insert into your
web site to provide RSS Auto-Discovery features to
visitors of your web site, helping to optimize
your RSS feed's success.

Requirements Plug-ins
require a registered version (any licensed
edition) of RSS Submit version 1.22 or greater.
Plug-ins may be installed and
uninstalled as needed and seamlessly integrate
into the software. Plug-ins are compatible with
Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, XP, Vista, Windows 7. Upgrades of RSS Submit are free and may be
completed by clicking the Upgrade button in the
